These Terms are an agreement between you and Savvy Digital LLC, doing business as iShopcool ("ISC," "we," "us"), 4262 Blue Diamond Road, #150, Las Vegas, Nevada 89139. They cover your use of ishopcool.io, our free and paid digital guides and the tools inside them, our emails, and any purchase from us. By using the site or clicking Pay, you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy from us.
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from us. Our site is not directed to children under 13.
Our guides (currently the $9 Home Sanctuary on a Budget guide, the $17 Home Sanctuary Method guide, and the $22 bundle with both) are digital products you open online in your browser. They are not PDFs or downloads, and nothing is shipped. Each product page describes what the guide includes. Prices are in United States dollars. We may change prices or run promotions at any time, but a price change does not affect an order you have already paid for. Sales tax is added at checkout where required.
Free updates and add-ons. We may add new ideas, decor add-ons or updates to a guide over time, free to people who bought that guide. Updates are added at our discretion while the guide is offered and are not guaranteed on any schedule.
You can pay by card or other payment options shown at checkout, processed by Stripe. We never see your full card number. If you choose a pay-over-time option, that provider's terms also apply to your payment plan.
When you buy a guide, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use it for your own home and non-commercial purposes. You may not:
You are welcome to share a short quote or a screenshot of a single page, with credit to iShopcool, in a personal post or review. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe a guide is being shared or resold, and we will tell you why.
Because the guides are digital and open instantly, all sales are final, except for duplicate purchases, access problems we cannot fix within 7 days of contact, unauthorized charges, or where the law requires a refund. Our Refund Policy explains how to ask. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund rights you have under the law.
Our guides, posts, videos, and tools share general decorating ideas. We are not your interior designer, architect, contractor, electrician, or safety inspector, and we have not seen your space. Before you act on an idea:
You are responsible for the decisions you make about your home.
Guide tools such as the Shopping Spend Estimator give estimates only. ZIP-based sales-tax estimates use statewide base rates as of January 1, 2026, and don't include city or county taxes. Totals depend on what you type, so check every entry. These tools aren't financial or tax advice, and the store's checkout total is what you'll actually pay. Your entries and any photos you add are stored only on your device. Clearing your browser data or switching devices deletes them, and we can't recover them. Our Privacy Policy (Section 7) explains how these tools handle your information.
Some room images and videos on our site, in our guides, and on our social channels are created or edited with artificial intelligence tools to illustrate a style or idea. They are not photos of customer homes, and products shown in them may not exist or may differ from real items. The Design It tool is run by a separate company, HomeDesigns.ai, under its own terms and privacy policy. We are an affiliate of HomeDesigns.ai and may earn a commission if you sign up or buy through our link, at no extra cost to you.
Our guides and directory mention or link to other retailers and products. We do not control those retailers or their prices, stock, quality, shipping, or returns; anything you buy from them is between you and that retailer. Today our only affiliate relationship is with HomeDesigns.ai (Section 9). If we add affiliate links in the future, we will label them where they appear. Retailers and platforms we mention do not sponsor or endorse ISC unless we say so.
Results vary based on your space, budget, the products available to you, and how you use the ideas. Any costs and times in our guides are estimates.
If you send us a review, photo, comment, or question, you confirm it is honest, it is yours to share, and it does not violate anyone's rights. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to show it on our site and channels with your first name and last initial, unless you tell us not to. We publish reviews whether they are positive or negative, but we may decline content that is unlawful, harassing, or obscene, includes personal information, has nothing to do with our products, or is clearly fake. Nothing in these Terms limits your right to post an honest review of ISC anywhere.
The site, guides, text, images, videos, layouts, and logos belong to ISC or the people we license them from, and they are protected by copyright and trademark law. Except for the license in Section 5, you do not get any rights to them.
Please do not misuse the site: no hacking, scraping, bots, interfering with checkout or access, or using the site to break the law.
To the fullest extent the law allows, the site, guides, tools, and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise the site will always be available or error-free, or that other companies' prices or products will match what we describe.
To the fullest extent the law allows, ISC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for property damage or injury from your own home projects or from other companies' products. Our total liability for any claim about the site or our products is limited to the amount you paid for the guide or guides involved in the claim. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you, and nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, for fraud, gross negligence, or intentional misconduct).
If you break these Terms or misuse our content (for example, by reselling a guide), you agree to cover our reasonable losses and legal costs caused by that.
We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these Terms (for example, by sharing or reselling guides) or commits fraud. Sections 5 and 10 through 21 still apply after access ends.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you have a problem, please email info@ishopcool.io first so we can try to fix it. If we cannot, either of us may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. Otherwise, claims must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and we both agree to those courts.
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new date, and for important changes we will give notice on the site or by email before they take effect. Changes do not apply to purchases made before the change.
These Terms, the Refund Policy, and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about the site and our products. If any part cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term right away, we have not given it up. You cannot transfer your rights under these Terms; we can transfer ours as part of a sale of the business.
