Important: We have a NO RETURN, NO REFUND, NO CANCELLATION policy due to the nature of our products being digital (available upon immediate download) and/or custom (printed products that are custom-made per order).

01 · Our Policy

Because our digital products are made available for immediate download upon purchase, and our physical printed products are custom-made to order, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, issue refunds, or process cancellations under standard circumstances.

02 · Discount Coupon or Gift Card Option

While we cannot provide returns or refunds, we may provide you with a one-time discount coupon or gift card equal to the purchase value of your original product ("gift card"), which you may use on another product of your choice on this website.

Please note: Discount coupons and gift cards received under this policy are NOT eligible on any other iShopcool products or channels outside of this website.

03 · How to Request a Discount Coupon or Gift Card

To exercise your right to a discount coupon or gift card, simply reach out to us — we'll walk you through everything. Here's what the process looks like:

Email us within 15 days of purchase

Send a message to info@ishopcool.io with a clear written statement explaining that you'd like a discount coupon or gift card.

Attach your purchase receipt

A copy of your original receipt is required for us to process your request. No receipt, no exception — so keep it handy after checkout.

Include photos if a physical product was involved

If your order included a printed or physical item, attach photos showing the product and any relevant details about your order.

We'll review and respond within 15 days

Once we receive your qualifying email, we'll review your request and respond with an approval or non-approval. If approved, your discount coupon or gift card will be issued within 15 days.

04 · Products That Cannot Be Returned

We do not accept returns of any kind. The following goods are explicitly non-returnable:

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
Goods that by their nature are not suitable to be returned (e.g., digital products, goods that deteriorate rapidly, or goods past their expiry date)
Goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons that were unsealed after delivery
Goods that, after delivery, are by their nature inseparably mixed with other items
Products returned due to size issues or dislikes, where size information was clearly displayed at the time of purchase
Products kept beyond the 15-day request period
Products showing evidence of wear, tear, change, or alteration
Products where original tags, serial numbers, or labels have been scratched or removed
Products that have been washed, worn, torn, frayed, bleached, stained, or scratched
Products that have been carved, engraved, embossed, customized, or personalized after delivery
Products that show any signs of heavy usage
Products purchased at a discount, on SALE, or marked as FINAL SALE
Gift cards, books with obvious signs of use, downloadable software products, and health and personal care items
Any item not in its original condition that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

05 · Discount Coupons

The amount of all discount coupons will be determined at the discretion of iShopcool. We will email you the actual discount coupon, which can be redeemed on this website only. We will work diligently to understand any issues at hand and resolve them as quickly as possible with your cooperation.

06 · Gift Cards

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift card for the value of your original product. A gift card certificate will always be emailed to the buyer on record for the original receipt provided.

07 · Shipping Damage

iShopcool is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly at info@ishopcool.io. Please save and photograph all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
