Refund Policy

Our guides are digital, and you can open them right after checkout, so here is exactly how refunds work.

The short version

Because the guides are digital and open instantly, all sales are final, except in the four situations below.

When we will refund

• Duplicate purchases: you were charged twice for the same guide, or you bought a guide you already had (for example, the bundle after buying both guides separately). We will refund the duplicate.
• Access problems we cannot fix: you cannot open your guide, and we cannot fix it within 7 days after you contact us.
• Unauthorized charges: a purchase you did not make or approve. Tell us right away. We will look into it and refund confirmed unauthorized charges.
• Where the law requires a refund.

How to ask

Email info@ishopcool.io with the email address you used at checkout and the date of your purchase. A receipt helps but is not required. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually arrive within 5–10 business days. If we refund a purchase because of an access problem or an unauthorized charge, access to that guide may end.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first; we can usually sort things out faster than your bank. If you file a chargeback, we may share your purchase and access records with the payment processor to respond.
