Digital products — such as our design guides — are delivered immediately via email upon purchase. No shipping applies to digital orders.
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Shipping rates and delivery times are estimated. Purchases will incur shipping and/or tariff charges, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout for transparency.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, import duties, etc.). iShopcool will process and manage applicable domestic retailer taxes and tariffs where required.
International customers: Please be aware that your country may impose additional import duties or customs fees. These charges are not included in your purchase price and are your responsibility to pay upon delivery.
